フルクサス（Fluxus）は流れ、絶え間ない変化、動きを象徴し、これまで様々なジャンルの芸術に影響を与えた当時のフルクサスで活動したアーティストは、ほとんど世界的な名声を得て、実験的な彼らの芸術性と時代精神を表現した。しかし、現代に至って、これらのフルクサスの精神に最も影響を受けたとすることができるパフォーマンス·アートは、1990年代以降、フルクサスに匹敵する新しい破格的な芸術形式を見つけられず、むしろ退化したり、これ以上前進できていないのが事実だ。
私たちは、今こそ時代を一緒にする実験精神の重大な意識の変化が必要な時期であることを認識し、今の時代が直面している社会環境的問題に対する作家の精神を披露するための位置として、芸術祭を通して現代と過去を行き来物質性と精神性、文明の発展と環境破壊に対する作家的解釈を考察してみるのアートロードを開こうとする。そして、私たち自身に問いかけ、 "What is Next？"は、これらの話題につながる現実の再構築を意味するものである。
